OMG today announced the promotion of Chloe Neo, Managing Director of OMD Singapore, to the role of Chief Operating Officer of OMG Singapore. Neo is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience – the past 12 with OMG where she first joined as Business Director.
In her new role, Chloe and Chan Ching Yi, CFO at OMG Singapore, will jointly steer the business and its operations.
OMG announced other additions to the leadership team with the appointment of Anita Yeong as Commercial Director, Peter Angelis as Head of Platforms and Capabilities, and Sabrina Ng as Talent and People Operations Director.
“During her time with us, Chloe has been instrumental in driving growth and innovative solutions for our clients, as well as mentoring and nurturing the talent within our organisation,” said Tony Harradine, CEO, Omnicom Media Group, APAC. “I am confident Chloe will bring a renewed perspective, and together with Ching Yi, continue building upon the momentum of our business in Singapore,” he added.
An avid advocate for talent development, Chloe has been actively raising the bar in the advertising and marketing communications sector to champion industry conversations and initiatives with government and industry groups. Just last month, Chloe was appointed the first vice president for the Association of Advertising & Marketing Singapore for 2020. She has also previously served in senior capacities at the 4As in Singapore, first as its Chair for Industry Talent Development from 2017 to 2019 and President from 2018 to April 2020.
