Recently named CEO of Omnicom Media Group North America, Ralph brings a wealth of experience building innovative, award-winning marketing strategy for some of the world’s most successful brands. As an inaugural member of the Hearts & Science leadership team, Ralph architected an integrated service model that enabled the fledgling agency to land the consolidated AT&T business after opening its doors in 2016. Leading a cross-agency team that orchestrated creative, media and analytics talent from across Omnicom, Ralph defined a new standard for how media and creative disciplines collaborate to improve client business outcomes. More recently, as CEO of Hearts & Science he has transformed the agency service model, expanding into consultative and creative capabilities while reigniting the entrepreneurial culture that has served as a backbone of the agency.
Named an Adweek Media All-Star in 2016, Ralph was one of 30 Hispanic and Latinx professionals – including CNN journalist Celeste Arrarás and CEO and president at the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Ramiro Cavazos – spotlighted in a 2021 campaign from Outfront Media recognizing the contributions of Hispanic business leaders.
