Megan Pagliuca

Megan Pagliuca is the Chief Activation Officer, OMG NA. Megan is responsible for leading the vision, practice excellence, product evolution, and internal and external platform adoption across all media channels. Her priorities focus on driving specialization across all media activation disciplines, increasing OMG’s competitive advantage by developing new ways to leverage clout, and creating workflow efficiencies through process engineering and tech adoption.

Megan originally joined OMG in 2015 as the CEO of Accuen, wherein she helped to drive the organizational transformation into the data-driven media buying firm we are today. Most recently, as the Chief Media & Data Officer of Hearts & Science, Megan led the development of the agency’s audience planning, digital activation, and data-driven linear planning and investment analytics practices.
